Estimate time of arrival
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following periods:
- Production time: The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced.
- Shipping time: From the time package is hand over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
In addition, if your order is personalized and needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or complex) can be from 1-5 days or more.
Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

Track order
- Shipping time:
Standard Shipping/ VIP Shipping: 12-15 business days after process of production.
Fast Shipping: 3-5 business days after process of production.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
-For U.S. orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 7 days to display the tracking data after processing the order.
-For international orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 10 days to display the tracking data after processing the order.
If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on international order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with Jonxifon Support Team at support@jonxifon.com.
Order Not Received
Often, your package will be sitting at the local post office due to a missed delivery attempt.
Shipping times can be longer for certain countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK, for example. We are currently working on providing quicker shipping times for all of our customers, worldwide, but we do not have an estimated date for when that will be active.
- For U.S. orders, if the package is not delivered successfully and has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or request to have the order be resent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking information is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
- For international orders, if the package is not delivered successfully and has been more than 45 days and tracking data shows, we will replace or refund these orders.
If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact Jonxifon Customer Service at support@jonxifon.com and we will do our best to help you!
IMPORTANT:
Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
We request a re-shipping fee for orders returned due to an incorrect address provided to resend your order.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

*Change shipping address
You can change the shipping address of your order within 2 hours after placing the order. To change the shipping address, please get in touch with Customer Service at

-We can only make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the production queue.
-We cannot change your shipping address from a domestic U.S. location to an International address and vice versa.
* International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges do not include in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

We will process a replacement without any extra fee on your part if you have one of the problems below:

receipt of a wrong item (wrong customized information on the product, wrong product, or blurry product)
-
receipt of a damaged product (broken).
- Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you
Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer partial refund (excluding shipping fee)
NOTE:
- We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
- We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacement due to customer's mistakes such as:
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
- Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it's well set (as all of our printing files are automatically generated exactly as same as the preview on our website)
- So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.
- We will not issue a refund if you complain that the product quality is not what you expect, because customers’ expectations are different and we strive to meet the majority of them. For the best shopping experience, please read product description carefully before placing an order.
If these rare occurrences happen to you, please take a clear photo or video of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to support@jonxifon.com. After receiving your email and confirming the problem, our customer service will email you the exchange instructions and the exchange address. We will process the replacement order after receiving your package and send you an email to inform you of the progress.
NOTE:

In case you do not want a replacement, you can request a refund. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item.

You must request a refund or replacement within 15 days of receiving your order.

If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to your account or original payment method within 7 business days. If your original payment method is a credit card this will take longer (may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company) to process the refund for the bank.
We do not process a refund in the following cases:

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control. (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested);

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control. (i.e. not being cleared by your country's customs, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivery" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but gotten lost)
